Onys Kapital Ltd is a Securities Dealer Licensee regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles under licence number SD128.
The terms on which we deal with you are set out in full in the Client Service Agreement, the binding contract between you and Onys Kapital Ltd. Opening an account, funding it or placing a trade means you accept that agreement. The page below tells you what it covers and where to read it; it does not replace, shorten or reinterpret it. Where anything here differs from the Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement applies.
