How it works
Verify once
Upload your ID and proof of address in the client portal. Verification is checked before your first withdrawal, so getting it done early saves waiting later.
Fund the account
Open Deposit in the portal, choose a method from this page and confirm. Card and wallet deposits land straight away; wire and crypto take as long as the table says.
Withdraw the same way
Money goes back to the source it came from. Requests are processed during the trading week, and you are told the moment yours is sent.
Rules worth knowing before you fund
- The account must be in your name. We cannot accept a card, bank account or wallet belonging to somebody else, and we cannot pay one out either.
- Money returns the way it arrived. If you deposited by card, the withdrawal goes back to that card first, up to the amount you paid in. Anything above that follows your next available method.
- Onys Kapital does not add a fee. What your bank, card issuer or the blockchain charges is outside our control and is not refunded by us.
- Check the network before you send crypto. Coins sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered. The portal shows the exact address and network for every deposit.
- Currency conversion. If you fund in a currency other than your account currency, the amount is converted at the prevailing market rate when it is credited.
Common questions
How soon can I trade after depositing?
As soon as the funds show in your account. Card and wallet deposits are usually tradeable within a minute; crypto once the network confirms; a wire once your bank releases it.
Is there a minimum withdrawal?
Yes, and it depends on the method. The exact figure is shown on the withdrawal screen in the client portal before you confirm.
Can I use a friend or family member's card?
No. Regulation requires that funds come from and return to an account in your own name. Third-party payments are declined and sent back.
My deposit has not arrived. What now?
Give it the processing time listed above, then email [email protected] with the receipt or transaction hash. We will trace it with the provider.
Do you charge for withdrawals?
Onys Kapital does not. Your bank or the blockchain may, and that charge comes out of the amount you receive rather than being added by us.
